We have two main Web3 related currency in Neuphoria ecosystem: NEU & $PHORIA. We are designing Neuphoria’s in-game economy with community benefit and transparency at the forefront, ensuring that our gamers and contributors are at the core of everything we do.

Our token economy approach is simple yet bold: 100% of all $PHORIA are allocated exclusively to the community. From the very first day, every $PHORIA belongs to those who make Neuphoria a vibrant, thriving world, ensuring that Neuphoria is a truly community-driven game.

• No Initial Team Allocation: The team receives no initial $PHORIA allocation.

• Trust-Built Token Economy: By excluding initial team allocations, we remove potential risks associated with insider trading or dumping, showing our commitment to the community-first, trust-based token economy

Our team is deeply committed to Neuphoria’s success. As developers, we play a key role in the game’s growth, yet we, too, will be rewarded solely based on our contributions on meeting key performance indicators — Hard KPIs.

• Objective, Trackable Hard KPIs: We will set clear, measurable Hard KPIs that mark our achievements.

• Aligned Incentives: Each Hard KPI achieved signifies the team’s positive impact on the value of $PHORIA, aligning our incentives directly with community success. Team allocations only vest upon reaching the following Hard KPIs; if these goals aren’t met, the team’s allocation s remain unvested.
